The staff was very friendly professional, the accommodation was exceptional and tidy. Very efficient service, though a few employees were busy. The restaurant here was gorgeous with superb service, we both ordered fine dishes.

The breakfast they served was standard, hope one day it will be way much better.

Generally top-notch service with parking outside. Stunning and marvellous location, lovely area, really close to main restaurant and lounge, dramatic mountains and a quite spectacular waterfall at the far end of the lake.

The hotel was in an unbeatable and incredibly comfortable position next to the restaurant, the lake and surrounding hills, and the lofty mountains of mid-Wales.

The location offered was fantastic so close to that restaurant, the shore of L, and complementary activities which were wonderful.

The rooms were nicely furnished and generous sized with separate bathroom. The hotel was set in a central area just off the restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the lake, dam and visitor centre and the surrounding forest. Furthermore, in the brasserie which was tasty.
